I have received several emails wanting to try to put together a group of locals attending some of the events at this WSOP in Vegas in July. Please let me know by way of emails & comments to this blog if there are others interested in such an effort.
I would be interested in even putting something together for some of the Circuit events or a WPT event. There's a Circuit event in AC coming up in early March.

I have already booked my trip to Vegas for WSOP, but will be there
for the last four days of main event.
Flying out on the 13th.
Staying at the Rio, where WSOP is
held. Very good room rates on Harrahs site..but better hurry.

I wanted to be there for the final table, and could not get away for
the entire Main event, which begins
in early July. I'm sure much will be
going on to see.

Why go during the final table? You won't be able to watch it. The seating area for the televised tables is very small. You probably won't even be able to get into the conference room where it's held unless you're playing, are family, or have some other type of "in".
